All Canons and Supporting Characters that may be utilized by the community to enrich the setting. Canons have no ownership, even if they are specifically designed to support a main character they are still playable by any member. One, however, should always portray a Canon as close to their write-up as possible.

What people remained on the West Coast existed in British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, and California. Canadians sought refuge in Victoria and Vancouver, while Americans began to wall their major cities. Los Angeles fell and people fled north to San Francisco or south, to San Diego.

Ranging from Georgia and Florida, swinging across Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas to southern Arizona. The major cities of the southern states and their fragmented populations.

From the Pacific Rim to the Eastern Seaboard no other Human populations were believed to have survived in the interior. It's possible that isolated towns may exist but explorers have yet to discover any hidden colonies.

Few people were transferred to the vast area ranging from British Columbia to southern Ontario. Not enough to fortify any large centres. There may be isolated towns on the prairies but they have yet to be discovered.
